Homestead Art & Studio was created out of a deep appreciation for artists and the desire to contribute to the wonderful town of DeWitt, Iowa.
Our story begins with owner Sharon Larson of S. Larson Watercolors. Sharon has been painting watercolor portraits of homes and pets since 2014 and started teaching classes in her home, online, and at Blackhawk College. Her objective is to make Homestead Art & Studio a place for all ages and skill levels to have fun creating while also providing a space to promote and support other artists.
