Tori Solomon Art

Tori Solomon | Albuquerque, NM

Hi, my name is Tori. I am a rainbow obsessed artist from Albuquerque. I tend to hop around a lot. I love to experiment and play with different techniques and mediums. I also like to create and paint a wide variety of subject matter. The one thing that remains constant, unifying my work, is my proclivity for bright, vibrant colors. Much of my work uses fluorescent paint that is so vibrant, it very literally glows underneath a blacklight.

Tori Solomon has been creating all her life. She started when she was just a little girl, drawing different animals with her grandma, and went on to get her BFA from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania once she grew up. Tori is in love with bright and vibrant colors. While she tends to hop around in terms of medium and subject matter, her use of bright colors always remains. Lately, she has been rather fixated on making lots of rainbow colored succulent paintings and drawings. She has also created a cast of zany cartoon animal characters known as “The Goober Gang” and Tori documents their crazy adventures on both Facebook and Instagram. Currently, Tori is enjoying creating lots of mini canvas paintings, sidewalk drawings, and stickers. You can find her selling her work at various arts and craft fairs around the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico and occasionally in Charlotte, North Carolina.
